An editorial presentation capturing brand legacy and modern strategy

Cushman & Wakefield was invited to present strategic real estate services to Revlon as the company evaluated its future workplace and portfolio strategy. The goal was to create a pitch that reflected both deep market insight and a creative understanding of Revlon’s brand heritage.

I led the visual direction and design of the presentation, developing a sleek, editorial-inspired narrative that felt aligned with Revlon’s identity, elegant, bold, and timeless. The design emphasized clarity, confidence, and brand consistency, balancing high fashion sensibility with business precision.

Creative Approach

The design direction drew inspiration from Revlon’s advertising legacy, strong imagery, confident typography, and generous use of white space. Black, white, and muted red tones established an elevated palette that mirrored the brand’s identity while keeping the focus on clarity and narrative flow.

Each section opened with impactful full-bleed visuals that transitioned into structured, data-driven layouts. This contrast reinforced the dual nature of the pitch: emotional storytelling paired with actionable insight.
