Cushman & Wakefield was invited to pitch strategic real estate services to Revlon as the brand evaluated its future footprint. The ask was clear: deliver a presentation that demonstrated market insight and creative alignment with Revlon’s iconic brand. I led the visual direction and design of the pitch deck, creating a high-impact, editorial-style narrative that captured attention while communicating substance.
Team: Cushman & Wakefield stakeholders across strategy, research, and marketing
My Role: Lead Designer — concept development, presentation design, typography
I collaborated closely with internal stakeholders to translate dense strategy and data into a clear, visually resonant narrative that felt aligned with Revlon’s voice and elevated enough for an executive-level audience.
Position Cushman & Wakefield as a strategic and brand-conscious partner
Reflect Revlon’s legacy and future-facing vision through compelling visual storytelling
Translate real estate insights into a clean, elevated, and memorable presentation
Respect and reflect Revlon’s visual identity while introducing a fresh creative concept
The deck was unified under the theme “Transforming Today for Tomorrow”—a forward-facing message that spoke to Revlon’s brand evolution and Cushman & Wakefield’s ability to help enable that change.
To make this theme visually iconic, I created a custom typographic treatment incorporating a red lipstick smear—a nod to Revlon’s best-known product and a visual metaphor for reinvention. The lipstick mark became a recurring visual element, anchoring section breaks and major takeaways.
This was paired with a refined color palette of Revlon red, black, and white, along with editorial-style fashion photography to echo the brand’s high-style sensibility and make the deck feel immersive and premium.
Note: Revlon’s own product and brand photography was used throughout to maintain authenticity. I do not claim creative credit for these images.
The slides were designed with an editorial rhythm—confident titles, clean spacing, and thoughtful pacing. Strategic content was supported by high-contrast layouts and a strong visual hierarchy, ensuring every insight had impact. The lipstick motif added a layer of brand personality while tying the visual system back to the pitch theme.
Confidentiality: All client-specific data and proprietary content have been modified or removed in this mockup.
No Collateral: This was a presentation-only deliverable, built specifically for pitch delivery and digital sharing.
Tight Timeline: The deck was developed quickly, with close coordination across teams and fast iteration cycles.
The final presentation combined strategic clarity with bold visual storytelling—helping Cushman & Wakefield stand out as a thoughtful, brand-aware partner. The “Transforming Today for Tomorrow” theme and custom lipstick-inspired typography created a memorable throughline, reflecting Revlon’s identity while positioning Cushman & Wakefield as creatively attuned to the client’s evolution.
