This presentation was developed for Cushman & Wakefield’s pitch to provide real estate advisory services for Liberty Mutual’s Boston headquarters. The concept, titled “Committed to Trust and Creativity,” centered on Liberty Mutual’s core values and the company’s long-standing legacy of reliability, innovation, and optimism.
The design approach focused on clarity, restraint, and strong brand alignment. Every color, image, and detail was chosen to reflect Liberty Mutual’s voice while maintaining Cushman & Wakefield’s professional polish.

The theme “Committed to Trust and Creativity” guided the entire presentation system. The title lockup became a key visual element — the flame from the Statue of Liberty, recolored in Liberty Mutual yellow, was overlaid on the “I” in Committed as a quiet symbol of integrity and optimism. The typography was kept intentionally simple, using clean sans-serif type to convey confidence and transparency without unnecessary ornamentation.
The color palette drew directly from Liberty Mutual’s brand: bright yellow for energy and warmth, deep navy for stability, and soft blue for balance. These tones worked together to create contrast, legibility, and a sense of calm authority.
Throughout the presentation, imagery of the Statue of Liberty served as a unifying thread — a visual representation of trust and steadfastness. LiMu Emu and Doug appeared subtly across slides to introduce familiarity and brand personality, while supporting visuals featured diverse professionals and technology-driven scenes color-coordinated to Liberty Mutual’s palette for a cohesive, human touch.
